My training style is grounded in sport strength and conditioning with hints of powerlifting, but also catered to the individual. After a comprehensive assessment of your history, movement, injuries, and goals, I will coach you through a personalized program so that you can get the most out of our time together. I have 2 main specialties: the first is those who are brand new to strength training. The gym can be a scary place for a newcomer, and I am here to assist you towards your goals. The second is teenage athletes, primarily hockey and rugby players. Each sport has special considerations and we can work throughout the year to improve your strength, explosive power, conditioning, recovery, and stamina.
